    Your ideal customer, or so called “target audience,” are the people who need your startup's product or service. When you're creating, promoting, and selling your product, you need to focus on them first: a specifically targeted audience is the basis of any business, both large and small. In this workshop you will learn how to define a portrait of your ideal customers and answer very important questions: What? Who? Why? When? Where? Additionally, you'll learn how to retain you established customers and gain new ones!
