Vice President and Chief of Staff to the President

Douglas Sears, Ph.D.

The Vice President and Chief of Staff supervises the staff and operations of the Office of the President, oversees preparations for presidential events, and represents the President at meetings, as needed. The Vice President and Chief of Staff to the President also leads projects and initiatives at the direction of the President. Douglas Sears also serves as Vice President, Director of Military Education (ROTC) and is a professor in the Wheelock College of Education & Human Development.
