He was joined by the museum\u2019s senior historian, Robert Citino, for a conversation about those events. The National World War II Museum in New Orleans hosted this program.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.c-span.org\/video\/?463506-1\/1944-paris-warsaw-uprisings\">https:\/\/www.c-span.org\/video\/?463506-1\/1944-paris-warsaw-uprisings<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Assessing Victory and Defeat<\/strong><br \/>\nCathal Nolan explored how history assesses the victories and defeats of war. He is the author of <em>The Allure of Battle: A History of How Wars Have Been Won and Lost<\/em>.
