Current Research Project<\/strong>
\n\u201cA Quebec region in turmoil: The participation of the Bas-Saint-Laurent in the
\nSecond World War\u201d: For this research, I use the case of the Bas-Saint-Laurent, a
\nsociety that can serve as a microcosm of the French Canadian \/ Quebec
\ncommunity, to study their daily experience of the war. I will also analyse how
\nand to what extent its inhabitants contributed to the military, agricultural,
\nindustrial, and civil effort of their province and country.<\/p>\n
