Massachusetts EOEA Certificate Training Initiative – Summary Presentation (2023)

This executive summary presentation highlights the success of the Massachusetts Executive Office of Elder Affairs (EOEA) partnership with CADER to provide two self-paced, online certificate trainings for professionals serving older adults and person with disabilities in the Commonwealth employed at ASAPs or COAs from February 2023 to June 2023. 256 ASAP learners and 42 COA learners completed a certificate program. Learners gained skills in key competency areas relevant to their practice and provided positive feedback about the training.
