Chan School of Public Health, and Executive Editor of <em>Public Health Post<\/em>.\u00a0She\u00a0is an award-winning public health leader, researcher, educator, and author of <em>The Collective Cure: Upstream Solutions for Better Public Health<\/em> (Beacon Press, 2026). Her work focuses on how social and structural factors, like\u00a0income,\u00a0neighborhood conditions, and policy, shape chronic disease and health across the U.S. and\u00a0globally.<\/p>\n<p>Over the past decade, she has led major NIH-funded research initiatives to improve\u00a0nutrition\u00a0and chronic disease and secured over $6 million in research funding. She has authored more than 75 peer-reviewed publications in top journals such as\u00a0<em>JAMA<\/em>,\u00a0<em>JAMA Pediatrics<\/em>, and\u00a0<em>The American Journal of Public Health<\/em>, with her work featured in\u00a0<em>NPR<\/em>,\u00a0<em>Forbes<\/em>,\u00a0<em>Harvard Business Review<\/em>,\u00a0<em>National Geographic<\/em>,\u00a0and\u00a0<em>The Boston Globe<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Wang\u2019s honors include national awards from\u00a0the Society of Behavioral Medicine and recognition as a 40 Under 40 Leader in Health by the National Minority Quality Forum.\u00a0She obtained her doctoral and master&#8217;s degrees from the Harvard T.H.
