If you are a new employee working at least 50 percent of a full-time schedule with an assignment duration of at least 9 months, you will be scheduled for a New Employee orientation session that covers benefits, resources available to you, and campus safety, as well as Boston University\u2019s rich history and heritage.<\/p>\n
Faculty members and researchers are scheduled by your department.
\nRegular staff hires are scheduled by Human Resources.<\/p>\n
When you accepted your offer of employment, Human Resources or your department would have specified the date and time of your orientation session.<\/p>\n
Orientation is hosted by Human Resources and generally<\/u><\/em><\/strong> held virtually via Zoom on Mondays at 9:00 a.m. A few days before your session you will be sent an email with a link to your online session and instructions for using Zoom. Please review it carefully.<\/p>\n If you have questions about orientation or you\u2019re unable to attend your session as scheduled, please contact Human Resources as soon as possible at 617-353-2380 to reschedule.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" You have questions.
