Supplemental<\/a> Life Insurance<\/a><\/strong><\/strong><\/td>\n

Request the change through Employee Self Service at\u00a0BUworks Central<\/a>\u00a0by selecting the option \u201cManage my Benefits \u2013 Life or Career Events\u201d\u00a0within 30 days following the date of your divorce is finalized to complete your request.<\/strong><\/span>
