BU policy allows transgender, non-binary, and gender non-conforming employees to access to restrooms and locker room facilities consistent with their gender identity. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition, state and local laws prohibit discrimination on the basis of gender identity or expression.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Did you know that BU has more than 700 all-gender restrooms on campus? All are single-stall restrooms and marked with the sign \u201cAnyone can use this restroom regardless of gender identity or expression.\u201d\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
