With intentionality, you can have higher communication and coordination between team members. Leaders would benefit from\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">taking a systematic approach to designing new work arrangements,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">being deliberate in setting goals and expectations,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">rethinking how productivity and work quality are assessed, and <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">creating new ways for their teams to stay connected and engaged.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Staff will benefit from <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">being thoughtful about meeting goals and expectations, <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">communicating clearly and often, and <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"auto\">being open and flexible to new ideas and solutions. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">A hybrid work setting might be familiar to some and new for many.
