Eligibility

Temporary employees and former employees are eligible for job-protected leave to manage their own health, care for a family member, or spend time with a new child.

In order to be eligible, you must have earned:

  • At least 30 times your weekly benefit amount, and
  • Not less than $6,300 in 2024 in the last twelve months before a leave begins.
