Fidelity HSA Fees

The following fees apply to a Fidelity HSA:

• Generally, Fidelity HSAs are subject to an annual account maintenance fee. This fee is paid by Boston University if you are actively contributing to the HSA or deducted from your account on a quarterly basis.
• A fee may apply for ordering checkbooks for your HSA.
