During Community Room Selection, students will be able to select an on-campus room for themselves and members in their roommate group from residences across campus. The process is divided into gender-neutral and single-gender selection. Both follow the same steps, but occur on different dates.<\/p>\n

To participate in gender-neutral Community Room Selection you must have a multi-gender group.<\/p>\n

Keep in mind that all spaces in gender-neutral rooms must be filled with group members of the student selecting.\u00a0 There can be no vacancies remaining when your selection time is complete, and must result in a multi-gender unit.<\/p>\n

Area Selection<\/h3>\n

In this step you will be able to select\u00a0residences by campus area. Check\u00a0floor plans<\/a>\u00a0for more detailed information.<\/span><\/p>\n

Room List<\/h3>\n

A list of all available rooms in the campus area previously selected will appear on this step. You can narrow down your search by room type and residence location.\u00a0Select the room(s) that you will be assigning to yourself and any potential roommates from your group<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

For gender-neutral Community Room Selection you will see a select number of rooms.<\/p>\n

If at any time you wish to go back, click the \u201cGo Back\u201d button at the bottom of the page.<\/p>\n

Assign<\/h3>\n

On this page you have the ability to assign yourself and members of your group to the room(s) previously selected. You will have\u00a05\u00a0minutes<\/strong>\u00a0to make assignments, during which time your chosen room will be reserved and appear unavailable to other students.<\/span><\/p>\n
