What do you get when you combine communal living with home cooking? A great way to live on campus.

We maintain a number of apartment-style residences for our students. Each unit is fully furnished, including a bathroom and a kitchen—so home cooking can always make the menu.

While South Campus hosts the majority of the apartments, they can also be found in the Student Village and on Bay State Road and Commonwealth Avenue. Occupancy varies from one to five residents, while size and floor plans vary considerably. Upperclassmen receive first priority.

Terms of occupancy for apartment-style accommodations are for the full undergraduate academic year as stated in the Terms and Conditions of the Residence License Agreement. Apartments are open during the Thanksgiving, winter, and spring recesses.

Students who want the apartment experience, but would rather not do their own cooking, can still purchase a dining plan and eat in residence dining rooms. Participation in the University’s dining program is optional for apartment residents.
