Living in our graduate housing residences has never been easier and when you decide to live on campus you should know that all residences come furnished with a full-size mattress (Peabody Hall and some units contain twin long size mattress), bed frame, desk, chair, and dresser. In units that have kitchens, a table and two chairs are also provided. Units with a living room have a coffee table in the unit as well as a couch. All residences are equipped with individual or shared kitchens.
In addition, all utilities gas, heat, water, and electricity are provided, including those units that have AC. IPTV and WiFi are also included in your monthly rent. Laundry facilities are also available for residents.
