CRC Graduate Housing Application Process
The Graduate Student Housing Application is now operating on a wait list. New applicants can complete this section of the application and indicate their room type preferences. The application can be found on the Graduate Housing Portal.
Graduate housing is available to full-time Boston University graduate students (students enrolled in certificate programs are not eligible.) Choose from apartments and brownstone units in 40 residences across the Charles River Campus (CRC).
Returning Resident Same Unit Selection
If you are currently a Charles River Campus resident in graduate housing and want to continue to live on campus for another year, you will need to complete a new Graduate Housing Application in the Graduate Housing Portal starting mid-February. You will have until Wednesday, March 15, 2023, to:
- Submit a $500 Housing Guarantee Payment using a credit card or a US bank account;
- Select your same unit;
- Electronically sign the Graduate Residence License Agreement.
Returning residents only have the option to remain in their same unit.
Residents who declined the University’s furniture last year are required to remove their own furniture and accept the new furniture for the 2023-24 Academic Year.
New to CRC Graduate Housing?
If you are, or will be, a full-time Boston University Charles River Campus graduate or professional student, with the exception of MD students, you can apply by completing the Graduate Housing Application starting Wednesday, March 1, 2023, in the Graduate Housing Portal. In the Graduate Housing Application, you will:
- Submit a $500 Housing Guarantee Payment using a credit card or a US bank account;
- Following the application period, you will reserve a unit in mid-late April (Dates will be announced at a later time);
- Electronically sign the Graduate Residence License Agreement.
