Parker has supported client initiatives across multiple operating segments including QSR, fast casual, c-store, full-service, and product\/equipment manufacturing both domestically and internationally -and has a passion for transforming the way the world perceives and interacts with food and beverages. He has participated and led exercises focused on kitchen design, labor and operations, menu development &amp; mix analysis, consumer &amp; market research, financial analytics and modeling, and food service technology solutions for several major foodservice brands, such as Papa Gino\u2019s, D\u2019Angelo\u2019s, Coca Cola, Luna Grill, New England Coffee, Buddy\u2019s Pizza, United Dairy Farmers and others.
