He serves on the Entertainment Council for Feeding America and as an Ambassador for Dr. Oz\u2019s HealthCorps. He also serves as an advisory board member to Hampton Creek, an innovative food tech startup dedicated to reducing the depletion of natural resources with its eggless<span>\u00a0<\/span><em>Just Mayo<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/em>and other products.<\/p>\n<p>DiSpirito began his culinary studies at the Culinary Institute of America and by 20, he was working in the kitchens of legendary chefs around the globe. He was named<span>\u00a0<\/span><em>Food &amp; Wine<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/em>magazine\u2019s \u201cBest New Chef,\u201d and was the first chef to appear on<span>\u00a0<\/span><em>Gourmet Magazine\u2019s<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/em>cover as \u201cAmerica\u2019s Most Exciting Young Chef.\u201d His 3-Star restaurant Union Pacific was a New York City culinary landmark for many years.<\/p>\n<p>DiSpirito is a frequent guest on<span>\u00a0<\/span><em>Good Morning America, The Dr. Oz Show<\/em>,<span>\u00a0<\/span><em>The View, Fox &amp; Friends<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/em>and<span>\u00a0<\/span><em>CBS Sunday Morning<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/em>among many other programs.
