BARTH<\/strong> is Director and Legal Counsel with Panera Bread Company. Panera Bread owns or franchises more than 2,000 bakery caf\u00e9 restaurants in the United States and Canada. Mr. Barth has extensive experience in the areas of commercial real estate and franchise law. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Prior to joining Panera Bread Company in 2004, he served as Director and Legal Counsel for Dunkin\u2019 Brands, the parent company of the Dunkin\u2019 Donuts and Baskin Robbins restaurant chains, and as Assistant General Counsel for J. Baker, Inc., parent company of the Casual Male, Work N Gear and Parade of Shoes retail chains.
