In addition to teaching,\u00a0<span class=\"x_markhkd7jnbdu\">Jay<\/span>\u00a0is Founder &amp; Chief Navigator at Astrolabe Partners, a consultancy that helps companies develop strategies that transform product and service concepts into successful businesses. His diverse experience spans a variety of business and consumer markets, including consumer goods and services, digital health, enterprise software, IoT, electronics, cleantech, medical devices, CRM, electronics and security.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to Astrolabe Partners,\u00a0<span class=\"x_markhkd7jnbdu\">Jay<\/span>\u00a0co-founded two tech startups (Twyxter &amp; Emo Labs) and was on the senior management team of five others.<\/p>\n<p>With a career that started in Marketing at P&amp;G and PepsiCo,\u00a0<span class=\"x_markhkd7jnbdu\">Jay<\/span>\u00a0has expertise in taking concepts from the idea stage through evaluation, development, go-to-market planning and launch. During his career, he has been responsible for the development, planning and launch of nearly 100 new products and services.\u00a0<span class=\"x_markhkd7jnbdu\">Jay<\/span> is active as an advisor and mentor to a wide range of startups and early-stage companies.
