Passionate about understanding the “why” behind human behavior and workplace dynamics in the hospitality industry as a scholar and dedicated to sharing knowledge through experiential learning as an assistant professor.<\/span><\/p>\n

My research focuses on organizational behavior and its impact on the industry. Having worked in different types of hotels with different roles, I possess firsthand knowledge of the intricacies and challenges faced by front-line employees. This practical experience has sparked my research interests in workplace relationships, particularly how interpersonal interactions influence individuals’ emotions, energy levels, and subsequent behavior.<\/span><\/p>\n
