Siobhan Dullea is a nationally respected business innovator, executive leader, and Boston University alum with over three decades of experience in the private sector. She has a strong track record of mentoring startups, managing client services, and fostering organizational growth through significant change.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Siobhan has held executive roles at companies like MassChallenge, The Grommet, and C Space. As the President and CEO of MassChallenge, she drove substantial growth and change, building transformative partnerships with private funders, streamlining administrative structures, and successfully navigating the organization through the pandemic-era shift to virtual work. She has also engaged extensively as a business leader in innovation programs across numerous universities, including Harvard, MIT, and Tufts.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Recognized for her leadership, Siobhan was named a \u201cVisionary on the Rise\u201d by Boston Magazine in 2019 and received the prestigious FCW Fed 100 award in 2021. She is also a founding team member of Mass FinTech Hub, a public-private partnership fostering financial technology growth across the Commonwealth, a board member of Women in SportsTech, and a founding member of Wage Equity Now.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
