Anne Lloyd-Jones

Anne R. Lloyd-Jones, MAI, CRE is the Senior Managing Director of the NY Office of HVS, and Director of Consulting and Valuation for the firm. She has been with the firm for 38 years, and has extensive experience in the valuation of hotels, including full-service, select-service and limited-service properties, in a wide range of locations throughout the U.S. She has prepared hundreds of appraisals for special servicers and appeared as an expert witness in numerous matters related to specially serviced assets. Ms. Lloyd-Jones has been the project team leader for numerous portfolios, ranging in size from 25 to 150 hotels. Through her years in the industry, she has connections at all of the major hotel companies. She has moderated the hotel broker’s panel at the NYU Hospitality Industry Investment Conference every year since 2001 and has contacts at the major hospitality brokerage firms in the U.S.
