[BU Today] Introducing BU’s Newest Terriers: Camille Cattauichat

Camille Cattaui (CAS ’28) brings her passion for sustainability and food innovation to Boston University, drawing on a rich culinary background that began at a young age. A finalist on MasterChef Junior 2016, Cattaui’s love for food has expanded into a deep interest in eco-friendly culinary practices, including her recent “Green Is Good” walking tour of Manhattan, highlighting sustainability efforts like the Billion Oyster Project.

The article shows Cattaui’s journey from her early culinary experiences to her arrival at BU, where she plans to explore the School of Hospitality Administration’s 4+1 Gastronomy Program. It also covers her hands-on experiences in the food industry and her continuing drive to promote sustainable food systems.
