Ferleger"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<h4>U.S. economic history<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Louis Ferleger was appointed Professor of History at Boston University in 1999. He has also served as Executive Director of The Historical Society, a historical organization located at Boston University. He is co-author of <em>A New Mandate: Democratic Choices for a Prosperous Economy<\/em> and <em>No Gain, No Pain: Taxes, Productivity and Economic Growth<\/em> as well as editor of <em>Agriculture and National Development: Views on the Nineteenth Century<\/em>.
