PhD Candidate | Early American History and the American Revolution

Gregory Tirenin entered the PhD program in 2019.  He earned a B.A. in History from Siena College (2018) and an M.Litt in Early Modern History from the University of St Andrews (2019).  He studies Early American History with Professor Brendan McConville and is especially interested in Loyalist ideology and religion during the American Revolution. He has published in British Catholic History and Wesley and Methodist Studies (forthcoming).
