He also has served on the faculty of Boston University Questrom School of Business, as Professor of the Practice, Strategy and Innovation and Executive Director of Social Impact Initiatives.<\/p>\n<p><span>Rabbi Jevin received rabbinic ordination from Hebrew College Rabbinic School in June 2019. Prior to attending rabbinical school, Jevin Eagle was the CEO of DavidsTea, a senior executive at Staples, Inc., and a partner at McKinsey &amp; Company. He was one of the executives responsible for Staples\u2019 \u201cEasy Brand\u201d Strategy and the famous \u201cEasy Button.\u201d Eagle says his career change from business to the Rabbinate was the fulfillment of a life-long dream to immerse himself in Torah study and serve the Jewish people. Illustrative of his commitment to the Jewish community while working in business, Jevin served as Board Chair of Harvard Hillel and Dartmouth Hillel from 2002 to 2006. Rabbi Jevin has an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he served as an executive committee member on the Jewish Students Association, and a bachelor\u2019s degree from Dartmouth College, where he majored in religion and government and served as Hillel student president. Before Harvard Business School, he helped found Jewish Lights Publishing. Ethan has been recognized nationally for his steadfast leadership and organizational turnaround at BU. These include being awarded the Exemplar of Excellence, the highest recognition given to a Hillel field pro; named BU Advisor of the Year; Most Outstanding Hillel Campus; and given the honor of delivering a Hillel \u201cTed\u201d Talk in 2019 in Atlanta, GA. Prior to BU, Ethan worked at MIT, UMass Amherst, and educational nonprofits. Ethan has lay leader experience on the Board of Directors for Hospitality Homes, UMass Hillel, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Massachusetts, FLAG (Friends of LGBTQ+ people) Flag Football, the Boston University Jewish Cultural Endowment, and . Ethan is also an adjunct professor at the Boston University College of Communication (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/com\/profile\/ethan-sobel\/\">see his BU faculty profile here<\/a>) and at Lasell University. He has also consulted for the Jim Joseph Foundation and Hillel International, and is a cellist in the Cambridge Symphony Orchestra. In addition to her non-profit work, Deborah also has extensive experience in finance and operations roles with larger for-profit corporations including Dun &amp; Bradstreet, Nielsen Marketing Research and Putnam Investments. She holds a BA in Economics and Computer Science from Union College and an MBA from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University. In college,\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"il\">Jacob<\/span><span>\u00a0centered much of his time around Jewish life and Israel through his extensive involvement in Hillel and TAMID Group. He was also a senior writer for Berkeley Economic Review, an Undergraduate Student Instructor, and a so-called athlete in countless intramural sports. After graduation,\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"il\">Jacob<\/span><span>\u00a0spent a year as a MASA Israel Teaching Fellow in Jerusalem. He taught English to 7-12th grade students at Tichon Derech. During his year in Israel,\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"il\">Jacob<\/span><span>\u00a0developed an inextricable connection to the country, and he is excited to help others experience the place he loves so much. Eli grew up in Westborough Massachusetts and earned his degree in history with a minor and Jewish studies from the university of Kansas while at KU. He was recognized with an undergraduate research award in Jewish studies and was active on campus as a member of Alpha eon pie, serving a chair of philanthropy. Growing up in Vermont, she did not have a Jewish community and was very excited to get involved when entering college. She was active in her community by organizing speaker events, working with the Vermont legislature on improving Jewish education throughout the state, and being a part of the inaugural cohort of the Geller Fellowship, a 6-month program that focuses on the U.S. relationship with Israel and the Abraham Accords. In her free time, you can find Maya hiking, skiing, reading, and exploring all of the new things Boston has to offer her! After graduating, she pursued her passion for creativity and<br \/>\ncompleted a professional pastry course. A seasoned musician, Adam has deep roots in Jewish musical traditions, having honed his craft as a song leader at Camp Ramah in the Berkshires, where he led spirited Shabbat services, campfire sing-alongs, and music workshops for campers and staff. His ability to weave traditional Jewish melodies with contemporary flair created joyful, inclusive experiences that strengthened communal bonds. Beyond camp, Adam has gigged extensively with various bands, performing an eclectic mix of Jewish folk, klezmer, rock, and funk, while supporting Jewish and secular musicians at venues across the Northeast. A graduate of the University of Hartford with a degree in Audio Engineering and a minor in Judaic Studies, Adam also enriched his Jewish identity through a gap year program in Israel. He is thrilled to inspire BU students through music, fostering meaningful connections and celebrating Jewish identity through song. In his free time, he enjoys playing guitar and drums and hanging out with friends. Dana was successful in organizing students around Jewish wisdom and justice; her love for working with students motivated her to become a public school educator. Dana attended Harvard Graduate School of Education in 2023, and now works for the Public Schools of Brookline as a Special Education Teacher. <\/span>With her passion for advocacy and student-centered teaching, Dana continues to be a valued member of the Boston University Hillel community, teaching Jewish Learning Fellowship and supporting service work at Hillel. She attended Tulane University where she studied Sociology with minors in Psychology and Jewish Studies. On campus, she was active in the Jewish community, serving as a member of Hillel\u2019s Tulane Jewish Leaders and the Chabad Student Board. For the last few years, Molly has been working as the Director of Media and Design for a healthy snack food company, and she is looking forward to diving into a new industry and giving back to the Jewish community. When not reading Paradise Lost, he enjoys watching Star Wars and designing or building phased array antennas. Rabbi Sonia Saltzman has served as a congregational rabbi in the Boston area for the past ten years, first at Sha\u2019arei Shalom, Ashland and from 2011-2018 as Senior Rabbi at Temple Ohabei Shalom in Brookline. Rabbi Saltzman was ordained in 2008 as part of the first graduating class of the Rabbinical School at Hebrew College. During Rabbinical School, she held student pulpits at Temple Emanuel in Newton and at Temple Aliyah in Needham, completed chaplaincy training at Brigham and Women\u2019s Hospital, and served as faculty for the Bronfman Youth Fellowship Program in Israel. Prior to entering the rabbinate, Rabbi Saltzman worked in the field of micro-finance at ACCION International as head of the Financial Services Department, extending credit to small businesses in the developing world. She also worked in Bank of Boston\u2019s Project Finance Department and taught in its Loan Officer Development Program. Rabbi Saltzman is a graduate of Tufts University and holds a Masters Degree in International Affairs (Columbia University) and a Masters Degree in Bible and Jewish Thought (Brandeis University). She is married to Dr. Ned Saltzman, a urologist at Newton-Wellesley Hospital and has two grown sons, Benjamin and Gabriel.
