O<\/span><span>perated by BU Dining Services, the menu offers a unique blend of innovative concepts with display cooking and includes a salad bar, hot and cold options, and dessert. The dining room features both a full Vegan Kosher kitchen as well as a Kosher Meat kitchen supervised by <a href=\"https:\/\/kvhkosher.org\/about-kvh-kosher\/\">KVH Kosher<\/a>. Join us for lunch or dinner during the week, as well as Shabbat meals on Friday night and Saturday. The dining hall is closed on Sundays.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Fresh Fuel at Granby Commons is part of the BU dining program and is open to everyone with any student meal plan at no extra cost &#8211; just use a meal swipe! <a href=\"http:\/\/dailyfreepress.com\/2017\/09\/21\/bu-dining-upgrades-granby-commons-dining-hall-includes-vegan-kosher-options\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Read the latest article about Granby Commons in the Daily Free Press.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Lunch is served in the dining hall:<\/strong><br \/>\nMonday &#8211; Friday from 11:30 am &#8211; 2:00 pm.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dinner is served in the dining hall:<\/strong><br \/>\nMonday &#8211; Thursday from 5:00 pm &#8211; 7:00 pm and Fridays immediately after Shabbat services.<\/p>\n<p><strong>NOTE: Our dining hall is open during the academic year only<\/strong>.\u00a0 It is closed to the general public for the summer &#8211; from the end of spring finals until the first weekend before classes begin in the fall.
