Welcome to BU Hillel! If you’re interested in using our space for student life activities\/meetings\/events, then you’re in the right spot! Please use this webpage to request a room based on our policies.<\/span><\/h4>\n

Weekday Rentals (Monday \u2013 Thursday)<\/b>
\nCost: no charge! Student groups can reserve rooms free of cost between 9:00 AM \u2013 9:00PM. This is our way of supporting student life and fostering community on campus.
\n<\/b><\/div>\n

Weekend Rentals (Friday \u2013 Sunday)<\/b>
\nWeekend use is available, but does require:
\n\u2022 A rental fee (rates available upon request)
\n\u2022 Approval from the Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer (debglick@bu.edu<\/a><\/div>\n

Guidelines for Using Our Space:<\/b><\/div>\n
\u2022 Any student group can fill out a request!\u00a0<\/span>You do not have to be Jewish to use our space!<\/i>
\n<\/b>\u2022 Respect the space: Leave rooms clean and in the condition you found them. Please avoid creating spills or touching religious items.
\n\u2022 Setup and cleanup time: Included in your rental time\u2014please plan accordingly
\n\u2022 Capacity guidelines: Observe each room’s maximum occupancy limits
\n\u2022 Noise and hours: Please keep noise at reasonable levels and avoid disturbing others<\/div>\n
\u2022 Furniture\/Setup:\u00a0<\/span>You are responsible for any BU facilities fees to set up the room.<\/i>\u00a0<\/span>This may be done through the SLIC process.\u00a0 Please contact slic@bu.edu for further info.<\/div>\n

Attendance:\u00a0<\/b>Taking attendance is mandatory at these events. After the event concludes,\u00a0<\/span>it is\u00a0your responsibility<\/u>\u00a0to send the attendance list with full names and emails to\u00a0<\/span>esgitter@bu.edu<\/a>.<\/div>\n

Permission:<\/b>\u00a0All submitted requests are subject to review.<\/div>\n
