Her dissertation research examines the social perceptions of<br \/>\nrobots and AI in everyday life. She has also conducted research on<br \/>\nemerging media in journalism and political communication, looking at<br \/>\nthe agenda-setting and democratizing effects of old and new media in<br \/>\nthe digital environment. Her co-edited volume &#8220;Journalism and Truth in<br \/>\nan Age of Social Media&#8221; was recently published by Oxford University<br \/>\nPress.
