If you have questions, please contact <a href=\"mailto:emilypj@bu.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Emily\u00a0Johnson<\/a>, Hariri Institute&#8217;s\u00a0Assistant Director, Grants Management.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><strong>Who can submit grants through Hariri Institute?\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Directors of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/hic\/centers-initiatives-labs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Centers and Initiatives affiliated with the Hariri Institute<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/cds-faculty\/culture-community\/faculty\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Faculty of Computing &amp; Data Sciences<\/a><\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Hariri Institute Faculty Affiliates whose proposals have multiple PIs from different departments (collaborative) relevant to Hariri Institute\u2019s research goals<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Proposals that build from an incubation award, FRP, or other research that was seed-funded by the Hariri Institute<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">Proposals that incorporate <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/hic\/centers-initiatives-labs\/sail\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">SAIL<\/a> time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Proposal components and deadlines<br \/>\n<\/strong>Please inform the Institute of planned proposals as soon as possible but at least <strong>15 business days<\/strong> before the sponsor due date.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span>Components Required for Administrative Review\u00a0(5 Business Days in Advance)<\/span><br \/>\n<\/strong>Completed PSF and required BU internal forms with all required signatures<br \/>\nFinal Budget with Budget Justification<br \/>\nDraft Narrative of Abstract<\/p>\n<p><span><strong>Components Required for Approval &amp; Submission\u00a0(3 Business Days in Advance)<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span>All required proposal documents are due three business days in advance of the sponsor deadline.<br \/>\nBased on the FOA, these components vary and may include: BioSketches for Key Personnel, Facilities\/Equipment pages, Subaward Documents, Final Narrative, Project Abstract, Bibliography, Specific Aims, Milestones, etc.<\/p>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We look forward to working with you on your grant proposal submission.
