Talk Title: OpenShift and OpenStack for Academic Application Deployment

Abstract: The Software and Application Innovation Lab (SAIL) will be presenting on using OpenShift and OpenStack for academic application deployment. Academic applications vary widly in terms of infrastructure requirements from small periodic utilization to high availability and scaling needs. SAIL will show case the tooling they use to support this range. From Platform as a Service (PaaS) tooling to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and how the New England Research Cloud enables research at scale.
