Burke during the Tylenol poisoning tragedy of 1982<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.inc.com\/magazine\/20071101\/making-the-tough-call.html\">Steve Hacket, CEO of Steelcase<\/a> and fire-retardant material in Steelcase&#8217;s surface panel product line that helped save lives during the 9\/11 terrorist attacks<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.solight-design.com\/our-story\/\">Alice Min Soo Chun<\/a>, Co-Founder and CEO of\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.solight-design.com\/#solarpuff\">Solight Design<\/a> <span><\/span><span><\/span>and the inventor of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.solight-design.com\/solarpuffs\/\">SolarPuff<\/a><span> <\/span><span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Prof. McCarty concluded the lecture with a broad outline of what successful leaders do:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Craft a shared vision<\/li>\n<li>Shape culture<\/li>\n<li>Drive change<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On November 21st and 28th, HHHP Director Jack McCarthy gave his fourth lecture on leadership development for BU Fellows.
