href=\"http:\/\/www.bu.edu\/met\/programs\/graduate\/project-management-certificate\/\">Project\u00a0Management Graduate Certificate Program<\/a> at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bu.edu\/met\/\">Metropolitan College<\/a>, and to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/hhh\/alumni\/2016-2017-fellows\/josiane-sylvie-mbakop-noukeu\/\">Fozilet Simoni<\/a>, who completed the <a
