His work includes providing high level of financial services directly to a number of small &amp; medium entrepreneurs, and serves as the trusted business advisor to the potential young and women impresarios. He is also a certified trainer under Training Qualifications UK (TQUK) and teaches \u2018Customer Service\u2019 and \u2018Business Development\u2019 skills to young graduates. During his Fellowship year, he would like to take courses related to &#8216;Microfinance and Development&#8217; and &#8216;Innovation and Entrepreneurship&#8217; as he wants to solve the financing challenges and further improve the business development capacity of young &amp; small entrepreneurs. He also hopes to work with prominent financial institutions, like Wells Fargo, to gain an understanding of the SME business sourcing and monitoring processes.
