Mr. Williams has written several policy briefs dealing with macroeconomic issues and has presented research papers at the Annual Monetary Studies Conference at the Caribbean Centre for Money and Finance.\u00a0 In addition, he is a lecturer at the Antigua and Barbuda International Institute of Technology.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Williams holds a master\u2019s degree in economics from the University of Hull, as well as a bachelor\u2019s degree in economics and management from the University of the West Indies. Mr. Williams is also an alumnus of the Florida International Bankers Association where he completed his AML\/CA accreditation.<\/p>\n<p>During his Humphrey year, Mr. Williams intends to enhance his knowledge of various existing and emerging financial instruments to ensure an effective supervisory framework can be built around these instruments.
