The show drew upon wide art historical influences from medieval altarpieces to the paintings of Hilma af Klint.<\/p>\n<p>As an incoming MA student, Julia now shifts direction from painting, embracing her art history minor in her pursuit of a career in archaeology. This summer she participated in an excavation of a 1st century BCE Roman settlement.
