Trained in Art History and History of Science, Renzo Baldasso is a historian of Renaissance and Baroque art. His research interests range from traditional problems in connoisseurship and iconography to the interaction of art and science and book history. Currently he is completing a monograph on the emergence of the visuality of the printed page in the fifteenth century, a project for which he has received fellowships from many institutions including The Metropolitan Museum of Art, the National Gallery of Art, and the Clark Art Institute.<\/p>\n
