Alumni regularly secure positions in academic teaching, curatorial work, conservation, collections management, and public arts programming—demonstrating the program’s reach in a broad and competitive field.

The program supports graduate students throughout the transition from studies to career. Faculty mentors work closely with students as they shape application materials, refine portfolios and research presentations, and prepare for interviews across a range of professional pathways, including teaching-centered positions, museum-focused roles, and international opportunities. A collaborative professional development seminar helps students with peer review of materials, strengthen presentations, and gain practical insight into multiple art- and architecture-related job markets.

The list below highlights recent placements and celebrates the accomplishments of our graduates, though it is by no means exhaustive.

For a list of ongoing and completed dissertations, visit out dissertations page, here.

For alumni profiles, you can find those online as well.

Note: If you are an alum and do not see your name below, we would love to share your news!
