Kang serves as the lead architect for Boston University\u2019s external graduate recruitment and demand-generation efforts.\u00a0 He is responsible for identifying, reaching, and capturing prospective student populations across domestic and international markets. He also serves as a resource for BU\u2019s schools and colleges, providing market intelligence and acquisition frameworks necessary to maximize the return on investment for school and college lead recruitment efforts.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Originally from China, Kang earned his undergraduate degree in E-commerce Engineering in Beijing before pivoting to communication and marketing. He later completed a master\u2019s in Communication Management at Emerson College in Boston. With over eight years of experience in digital marketing, Kang has led performance marketing initiatives across global platforms and has deep expertise in reaching student audiences.
