As an IT Client Support Specialist, Mario Hysa is responsible for meeting the desktop client support needs of all units within Global Programs. He acts as a unifying point of contact for all IT-related needs of Global Programs and its units, liaising with the appropriate Boston University Information Services & Technology department (IS&T) to investigate and help bring resolution to needs.<\/p>\n
Mario worked as a Desktop Support Assistant while earning his degree prior to joining Global Programs full-time. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Boston University.<\/p>\n
Mario enjoys traveling to new destinations and experiencing them through their food and atmosphere.
