She is responsible for academic scheduling, allocation of offices and classrooms, and providing front-line customer service.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to working at BU Global Programs, Carmen lived in Spain for two years, teaching English and studying Hospitality Management. She previously worked for a Japanese university\u2019s satellite English language school in Boston as an Academic Coordinator.<\/p>\n<p>Carmen holds a B.A. in Political Science from UMass Boston and a diploma in Hospitality Management from HTL School in Barcelona.
