Free and open to the \u00a0public \u00a0For visitor passes email\u00a0\u00a0healthroots.hsph@gmail.com<\/b><\/a> Hosted by HealthRoots Student Group at HSPH<\/a>\u00a0and co-sponsored by the Boston Chapter, Palestine Children’s Relief Fund<\/a>,<\/b> \u00a0Massachusetts Peace Action<\/a> and North America Friends of SABEEL<\/a> (Ecumenical Liberation Theology Center)<\/b><\/b><\/p>\n Dr. Mads Fredrik Gilbert<\/b> is a Norwegian<\/a> doctor<\/a> and activist.\u00a0\u00a0 He received his PhD<\/a> at the University of Iowa<\/a> in Iowa City, Iowa<\/a>. \u00a0He is a specialist in anesthesiology<\/a> and a leader of the emergency medicine<\/a> department of University Hospital of North Norway<\/a>, and has been adjunct professor (professor II<\/i>) of emergency medicine at the University of Troms\u00f8<\/a> since 1995. He has served as a doctor during numerous periods in the Palestinian territories<\/a> and Lebanon<\/a>.
