They engage a new generation of inter-professional primary care trainees and reshape their education to ensure they have both the clinical and leadership skills necessary to play a role in the transformation of primary care. Their network has engaged over 3,300 primary care providers\u2019 educators and trainees to advance innovations in care delivery, and reform education and training to keep peace with the evolving needs of patients and a changing health care system.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Position Overview<\/strong><br \/>\n<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/primarycareprogress.org\/home\">Primary Care Progress (PCP)<\/a> is looking for a professional with experience in project management to serve as a Program Manager. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Program Manager is responsible for planning, executing and evaluating a portfolio of PCP\u2019s programs. In this role, you\u2019ll leverage your project management, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills to plan and implement key programs and further their impact. The portfolio of programs overseen by the Program Manager will evolve \u2013 the current portfolio will include oversight of PCP\u2019s Clinical Innovation Network, Salesforce implementation and training support.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent<br \/>\n\u2022 3 years professional experience.
