She began her public health work as a nurse and state coordinator for a federally funded migrant health program.  During her most recent stay in India (2004-2008), she worked on implementing a neonatal health and mortality reduction intervention and impact evaluation in Uttar Pradesh.  Upon returning to Boston, Dr. Ruducha has continued to be involved in the evaluation of multiple MNCHN programs in Indonesia, Bangladesh, Pakistan and India.
