It is accepting applications until March 13, 2017.<\/p>\n<p><em>**Applications will be accepted until February 28, 2016**<br \/>\nAdmission\u00a0will occur\u00a0on a rolling basis, so please <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/ghblast\/gh-practicum\/zambia-field-practicum\/\">apply early<\/a>.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>GH707 \u2013 FIELD PRACTICUM IN PUBLIC HEALTH IN EAST AFRICA<\/p>\n<p>This 6-week course in Tanzania provides students with an international, community-based field practicum experience as they evaluate a public health project of government or an NGO. \u00a0The course is divided into four parts.\u00a0 The first part is split between classroom and field sessions and is designed to orient students to East African culture, the public health environment, conducting qualitative research, and working in teams.
