Do you want to be more engaged in the global health research community at BU SPH?<\/p>\n<h3><strong>About<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The BU SPH Department of Global Health\u00a0<strong>Graduate Research Affiliate Program (GRAP)<\/strong> provides short- and longer-term opportunities for masters and doctoral students to be collaborators and research assistants on Department of Global Health\u00a0research activities.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>What\u2019s in it for you?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A platform to engage with research opportunities in global health<\/li>\n<li>Opportunity to cultivate a relationship with a faculty mentor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Applications Due by Monday, Oct\u00a029, 2018<\/h3>\n<p>To apply to GRAP, students will <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/ghblast\/grap\/grap-app\/\">submit one application<\/a> and indicate up to three (3) opportunities of interest. The application will require a brief written statement of interest and relevant skills for each opportunity selected, an up-to-date r\u00e9sum\u00e9\/CV, and any supplementary materials requested by specific opportunities (e.g., writing sample). Students may be required to register for academic credit (either a practicum or directed study) to participate in the GRAP program.<\/p>\n<h3>When<\/h3>\n<p>Opportunities for the Fall semester 2018 will be posted in mid-October. Student applications are due in late October. Letters of placement and introduction will be sent out in early December.
