Speaker: Prof. David Collins. BIO: David Collins is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience in international health and development projects, including working as resident health finance adviser to the Ministries of Health of Kenya and South Africa. He works for Management Sciences for Health in health financing and teaches health finance at Boston University. He provides technical assistance and training to developing countries in all areas of health finance including the cost modeling of vertical programs, such as TB and Community Case Management, and integrated hospital, health center and community service packages.
