He\u00a0holds an M.S. in Business Analytics from the Raymond A. Mason School of Business at the College of William &amp; Mary. His work brings together technical solutions for collecting, cleaning, and transforming data in support of economic and policy analysis.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span role=\"presentation\" dir=\"ltr\">His work supports the GDP Center\u2019s public-facing data <\/span><span role=\"presentation\" dir=\"ltr\">tools that track Chinese overseas loans and investments across energy and infrastructure <\/span><span role=\"presentation\" dir=\"ltr\">sectors, helping make complex financial flows accessible and actionable for researchers, <\/span><span role=\"presentation\" dir=\"ltr\">journalists, and policymakers.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span role=\"presentation\" dir=\"ltr\">Prior to joining the GDP Center, William worked at AidData, where he contributed to the data <\/span><span role=\"presentation\" dir=\"ltr\">collection and analysis on the performance of individual Chinese loans to sovereign borrowers <\/span><span role=\"presentation\" dir=\"ltr\">in low- and middle-income countries.
