He is pursuing a Ph.D. in Global Governance at the Balsillie School of International Affairs, University of Waterloo where he also completed his MA in Global Governance. Harry\u2019s primary research interests are related to the climate-development finance nexus and the post-COVID effort to reform the international financial architecture. At the GDP Center, his work is focused on the political economy of the rechanneling of the IMF\u2019s special drawing rights.
